Locals & visitors alike embrace and crave this unique approach to dining out. The cuisine ranges from a Bistro Lunch menu featuring cheese boards, flatbreads, quiche, Boar's Head meat sandwiches, crisp salads, fresh fish, and Certified Angus Beef burgers made with the Faded specialty blend to a Dinner Menu that adds Certified Angus Beef steaks, Caribbean Shrimp, and organic chicken. We take pride in using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients all the way down to the cup, brewing small-batch, Sebring roasted coffee from Strangely Warmed.
Choose a table under the warm glow of our tongue & groove pine ceiling, a hightop on the deck, or find a cozy nook in the garden. The restaurant is located in the heart of Downtown Sebring and is easily accessible with street parking as well as a large onsite parking lot.

Always my favorite restaurant in Sebring. We ate the last of the cinnamon ice cream too. Their best dessert

Faded Bistro is an oasis in Sebring. I first started coming here seven years ago when they opened. I've been here four straight nights, bringing a variety of friends. Super happy with the food, service and value.

There were 3 of us who went to Faded for Sunday brunch. We sat in the covered patio area - it was crowded - we were seated near some young gals who must have been celebrating Galentine's day a little late - - they were a little loud, but they were having a good time. One of my friends had the Quiche (spinach & bacon) with the fruit - it came out on a salad plate with a side bowl of fruit - she said it was good. Another friend had the French Toast Sandwich - apparently it was a great as it looked. I ordered the Eggs Benedict. I was very disappointed - first, it was served on a small salad plate (not what you would put a $16.00 meal on, there was no garnish (like a slice of cucumber or a couple of strawberry slices), there was barely any Hollandaise sauce and the taste was a good as a Egg McMuffin. Would I go back??? Sure, but I would ask to be seated outside and would certainly not order the Eggs Benedict.

For $26 the broiled oysters (appetizer) were incredibly undersized, overcooked and dry. We sent them back and were still charged for them. En fused mashed potatoes were very dry and lacked flavor. The 8oz filet was average at best. Service was slow. The seasonal salad with grilled chicken for $27 wasn’t worth the price, may have had half of a chicken breast. Very disappointing for a $150 meal. Not at all what we have experienced in the past.
