Such bad service. So sad. We made a reservation and no one served us. Then a woman came over and asked if we had been served. We ended up getting drinks only. They were also blasting really awful music. Not a big menu. Has potential but needs work. Was a guy texting on his phone at the server stand when we left to go to Kitchen Social.

We are frequent diners at Fado's especially since they carry my favorite Irish Gin, Drumshanbo Oriental Gunpowder and make a wonderful Spanish G&T. The dinner this evening was not spectacular. I made the reservations for our son and his girlfriend for 8 PM. They arrived at 7:45 PM and were told to hurry up and order since the kitchen was closing at 8 PM. Although surprised, they both ordered the shepherd's pie and the server was noticeably annoyed. The restaurant was fairly empty and our son and his girlfriend hurriedly ate their meal since the restaurant staff made it clear they wanted them done with dinner. The reservation options allowed for dinner past 8 PM and no notice of an early kitchen closure was listed on OpenTable. We understand situations happen with staffing and equipment that may disrupt a normal meal service. Had the restaurant team shared more information than "hurry up, the kitchen closes at 8 tonight" with our son, he would have understood and said, "OK we'll try another night". Disappointing experience with a good Bridge Park restaurant.

Great New Year's Eve dinner with the Irish toast. Food was great as usual, and very friendly staff.

Forst time guests. The shepard's pie was okay. The portion was small. The acorn squash risotto was lacking squash. It was okay. The service was lackluster. We might go back but doubtful.

They made sure that we had an excellent holiday experience. We go to Bridge Park for a “Family day” every Christmas season and Fados did not disappoint!

Not sure why they don’t have more of a lunch rush V Cap City Diner down the street. Less lunch size choices perhaps but quieter, good food, very good service. Think they just need to publicize lunch!
