Here, the team around the Berlin star chefs Björn Swanson and Max Kockot serve up sustainable, uncomplicated top cuisine that deliberately avoids the superfluous. Ein echtes Erlebnis. Tolles, rundes und sehr sehr geschmackvolles Menü. Wir hatten viel Freude und werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Faelt und habe es sehr genossen. Kompetente und sehr freundliche Bedienung,es wurde alles genau erklärt. Die Weine waren vorzüglich auf die Speisen abgestimmt, mehr als die 4 hätten wir allerdings nicht geschafft. Gefallen hat uns auch, dass ihre Speisen auf einem schlichten weißen Geschirr angerichtet sind und nicht auf diesen im Moment modernen bunten Keramiktellern mit den Eisensprenkeln oder einem hippen KPM Teil, wo man nicht weiß was ist jetzt wichtiger, das Porzellan oder das Essen. Gerne komme ich wieder, herzlichst Ihre Angela Winkler Und wenn es möglich ist, sendet mir bitte die Weinliste!

Excellent Food. The service was quite wooden. Not very flexible, not really nice, and definitely not charming. They made us feel rather uncomfortable. Was a Monday evening, so maybe they had just a bad day.

Dieser Abend wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Ein junges Team bei dem man den Spaß an der Arbeit spürt, ein wundervolles Essen, eine hervorragende Weinberatung, ein vernünftiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Küche verdient einen zweiten Stern. Vielen Dank wir kommen wieder.
