Website and all said it was open, even able to book a reservation... It was on fact closed up

We stopped here after it was recommended to us. They advertise an unlimited salad bar. The salad bar had lettuce, dressing and pudding. Not worth adding it on to your meal for $5.99. My son’s ribs were over cooked and dry. They were out of the the first 2 beverages my daughter wanted and they had no to-go containers. It was less than average food for a higher price tag. The only good thing was the fries and our view of the water lol

They were out of several things and quite understaffed. I’m thinking maybe because it was the end of the season. Our poor waiter was running himself ragged. We never got our water and waited with our food a good 5 minutes for silverware after getting up and asking 2 separate people for it. The management probably should have closed down the upper level so their help could keep up. That being said, the food was good and came quickly. We did tip very well because the young man was working his butt off.

Family of 10 we Orders steaks, burgers and fried fish. The steaks n burgers had so much pepper on them they were not edible. They quality of the steaks was pretty bad. I ordered a strip and over 1/4 of it was nothing but a strip of fat. I had to scrape the layer of salt and pepper of to try to eat it. Kids couldn’t eat the burger because of the same reason , fried fish was not completely done. After they brought me a steak I asked for a knife and had to go looking for the server to get it. Server didn’t not refill our drinks. I would understand all of the issues had they been busy but there was maybe 4-5 tables of people.

Service was lacking waiter was rude we were a party of 7 A and 6Kids .Not a lot if people in there long wait for food,.place looked very unkept, charge for salad bar but did not have a lot on it..very disappointed we spent a lot of money for very poor quality so sad...

Atmosphere was good, live music and the thrown rolls added to the experience. Service and food was not great. We sat upstairs and it was so hot we were sweating. None of our steaks were cooked to the correct temp, some were salty some were unseasoned, other items were flavorless. Overall wouldn’t go back.

Do not waste your time or money. The staff have no clue what they are doing. The food is down right terrible. Our waiter was terrible. Will never go there again!!

Our server seem very confused. Bread only came by one time at the end of the meal. Bread should be served throughout the meal

My steak was grizzly & couldn’t eat 1/4 of a 6 oz steak. Salad bar not worth the extra 5-6 dollars. I just wanted a side salad but had ti do the salad bar. The unsweetened tea was horrible. Had to ask for a Diet Coke. The baked potato was not hot. It had that taste that it had been sitting in a warmer all day. They put a huge slab of butter & sour cream that you had to scrape half off.

Food is really good, service not so much. We’ve been here twice and service has been the same both times. The rolls are really good but they are very stingy with them. You are lucky if you even get one. Disappointing because the food is really pretty good
