   This restaurant has some of the best food I have had in years. Living in portland past 20 years, I have ate at some of the best places in town over the years and this one ranks in the top five. Amazing taste combinations, lovely presentation and attentive staff. Can’t wait to go back

   Cozy, well thought out and interesting menu with great ingredients and flavors. Yet a food sensitivity request was ignored and we found 2 dishes to be too salty.

   The food was mostly very good. The chicken was very tasty, with an excellent sauce, and well matched with the sweet potatoes, and a generous serving. The small plates were very good, particularly five spice mushrooms, and the spigarello. Not so good was the fact that the first course was not delivered until we had been there for about 40 minutes. May be a one-off situation, but the bavette steak was almost un-chewable. The noise level is very high, hard to have a conversation.

   It felt like a new restaurant trying to work out the kinks. They were sold out of the steak which I think is unacceptable when you on only have 3 entrees on the menu. We probably would have left to eat somewhere else if we had more time before the show we were heading to after dinner so we stayed and ordered the other two entrees. The chicken was very good. It was juicy and had good flavor. The oregano on the tuna was a bit overpowering. The potatoes and mushrooms were fine. The cauliflower with beet purée was the star of the show. The drinks were hit and miss. Two of us ordered a rum cocktail from the menu and really enjoyed it. Two of us wanted the olive oil martini but wanted to sub vodka and were disappointed they couldn’t accommodate this request because the olive oil martini is premixed with gin. We then ordered vodka martinis and our drinks came out totally different. All in all the chicken and cauliflower saved our experience.

   We love to healthy farm to table, healthy food. Not only was the food healthy hut it was masterfully presented. 5 star all the way!! A mist experience

   Fallows was a great dinner even with a toddler in tow! The staff couldn't have been nicer and the food was perfect. Panzanella salad was my absolute fave.

   Everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing. The service and the food was wonderful. Literally the cleanest and tastiest food I’ve ever had. We always feel so welcomed too. ❤️

   The most creative, heartfelt, delicious experience we’ve had in a long time if ever in PDX. We were sad they were out of the steak, but then we wouldn’t have tried the best chicken of our entire life nor tried the amazing albacore. Their sauces are royal. The flavor combinations are addicting and mysterious. The little letter on the back of the dessert menu is sweet and helps me appreciate their passions. Also, love that food can be nutrient dense and so artful! More of that please! Can’t wait to come back! And Armando was an excellent server - so welcoming and attentive but not hovering.    This was an incredible experience for our 30th wedding anniversary. The manager, Sabin, was magnificent and not only Grace our table with beautiful flowers, but we also enjoyed lovely conversation and at the end he had a special gift for us. What a touch! Izzy was our weight person and she was magnificent always knowing what was going on and being very supportive and very positive. We enjoyed this restaurant so much we decided it was likely one of the best anniversary dinners we’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. You will enjoy it and not be disappointed.

    In season menu, creatively seasoned. Large portions meant to be shared. Staff talked us through our order but still ordered too much. Tuna was tender and in a nice cream sauce. Loved the egg and roe on toast and the bone marrow was rich and served with a chewy rye. The little gem salad had crunchy potato bits on top and was a delight of textures. Would like to see a bigger wine selection and bottle list. One of the best meals we've had.
