Our authentic BBQ starts in a live-wood smoker stoked with genuine hickory logs. Our pitmasters hand-rub the meats with a custom blend of spices and cook for hours to extract the natural flavors. We source the highest quality meats and trim them up like we’re in a competition and hand-rub them with the freshest seasonings available to create mouthwatering experiences! I was so glad to know that Famous Dave's had a new location! The previous location at the Branson Landing was just horrific when trying to find parking and trying to reserve seating for family.

This experience wasn’t as great as previous ones. My family is from out of state and went to Branson on Fall Break. We go to eat at Famous Dave’s and are told you have to have a reservation. We make a reservation for two nights later and get in ok but once in notice a cash only sign. We have to run outside to an ATM. The food was mediocre but service was lacking. We might just go somewhere else next time.

Food was delicious, waiter was personable without being intrusive. I felt safe with table separation and enjoyed our evening out.

Food was very good, we ate out on the patio overlooking the river, it was a beautiful day. Due to the pandemic help was short handed, yet our server did a great job. Was sorry to see that they did not serve any KC Baby back ribs, but the St.Louis ribs were OK, brisket was very good.

Food was amazing! Service was not... was there for about 30 minutes before we could order food and when told a manager would be by to answer a question we had, the manager didn’t show until the end of the meal. Springfield location was 100x better!

Food was good. Brisket was very tasty. Fish was a little "fresh" in taste. Had the burnt ends and they were great, just would've expected a little larger portion for $11.
