   I reserved a table for 12, then had to call back and see if I could add one more which was 13. They said yes no problem, when we all got there they said they couldn’t put anybody on the end of the table cause of wheelchair reasons , that was fine but they could of told me that I would of found somewhere else, so you couldn’t have one person sit by there self so 4 of our people had to sit in another booth so we couldn’t really visit with the other people in the other booth. Very disappointing. Food was ok but the quantity of food was way down. They just need to be upfront with people when they reserve tables.

   Boy came into town to go out for my birthday, so Famous Dave's was perfect for our taste buds. Our server greeted us after waiting 10 minutes. I don't recall him giving his name. Asked for 2 beers and 2 sodas, he served me an Utlra and didn't offer a glass since it was a bottle beer. I had to ask twice for a glass. Food came out fast. However, we had to ask for spoons for 2 of the 3 chili's that were delivered. We had to hunt the server twice for refills and the check. Disappointed in the service, however, the food was good.

   Thank you for being patient and accommodating even though our group was 30min late for our 7pm reservation. The service was prompt and customer service was outstanding.

   The food was great. There were 11 of us so we had a variety. The hamburger was great, the chili was great, the brisket and burnt ends were moist & tender. The mac& cheese had jalapeno peppers in it & was too spicy for the kids. The catfish and chicken wings were great, too. I thought the cornbread was excellent. Our server was friendly and very patient with 5 kids ordering. Overall, we had a wonderful family night out.

    We had a group of 12 and our server was Liz. She was great and made sure the entire table was taken care of. The food was great and portions were larger than expected.
