First Time trying a Famous Dave's! Our server Julie was simply the best after a 3 hour ride in rush hour!

Love the food. Called ahead for a larger party and was told to use open table to make a reservation. So I did. We arrived on time and still had to wait 30 minutes for our table. Seems like an excessive wait for a reservation. Server got the food right. Never came back to see if anyone needed anything else like a drink refill. After being done eating for a while we had to find him and ask for the checks. Not a good experience overall, but the food was good.

As our outing for 5 grew into dinner for 8, we opted to make a reservation instead of hoping for seating at this busy restaurant. Good move on our part. We were seated promptly, and the apps and family feasts came out timely. The only glitch was the kids meals were quite late, but we were able to keep them occupied with corn and muffins from the adult meal. Our waiter was efficient, but deadpan to the point where it was actually comical. Overall it was a great experience as always.

The restaurant and food were great. The service from our server was absolutely horrible. He was continuously rude and when he wasn't being rude he was ignoring our table. We had to ask for kids menus and he snapped at us that they are only for 9 and under. We said our daughters were 9. He huffed and went and stormed off and came back with one kids menu which on the front said for kids 10 and under. I am not sure if he was trying to get a bigger bill or if he doesn't like kids or what. He was constantly rude and acted as if we were bothering him by being there. He also did not bring us everything we ordered and seemed put off when we asked for it. We also noticed other tables had complimentary chips, which he did not give us. I just cannot express what a horrible experience it was and how awful he made all of us feel. The restaurant itself was nice and the food was good. I am sure if we had a different server it would have been fabulous.

We are from out of town and our Famous Dave's back home had closed a few years ago. We loved going there so, when we saw that there was one so close to our vacation spot in OOB, we were very excited to go. The atmosphere was great and the food was even better. The wait staff was awesome. We'll definitely return in years to come.

Extremely slow service from the kitchen. Waitress was very good. Food was mediocre.

Unfortunately this was not the experience one would expect. Upon entering the restaurant was cluttered with bikers smoking at the doorstep. This not the restaurants fault, just not welcoming. The Hostess was on the phone and we went unacknowledged for what seemed like minutes. We finally sat and waited for the waitress for over five minutes to take a drink order. Our appetizer was undercooked and underwhelming. Our main course was not to order. We would have sent back but our waitress went missing our entire meal. We even had other waiter and waitress get us additional drinks and clear the table. Spending close to $100 on a meal for two people this is unacceptable. We frequent this location often when in the area and never have I been more dissatisfied. This could have been an off night and a shift change, but it makes me think twice of returning.

The place was surprisingly slow for a Friday evening so we were expecting good service but that was not the case. The server was not very friendly nor did he check on us often. I received a drink that was terrible so I sent it back and it looked like it annoyed him. The brisket was mealy and not very tasty and the portion was tiny. I had been there in the past and it was very good. This was very disappointing.

I had burnt ends sandwich and it is soooo good. Only a couple things off, fries a little too salty this time, plus we have dave's ultimate burger b4 and it was double stack and $11, this time we ordered it was $12 and only one burger, we were told double stack only at lunch?? Lind of weird but this won't stop us from coming back as the food is the best around
