Named after Fanny Brice—the legendary movie, vaudeville, theater, and radio star portrayed by Barbra Streisand in her Oscar®-winning role in Funny Girl (1968)—the striking two-story, 10,000-square-foot space, conceptualized by the late architect Osvaldo Maiozzi, features a chef-designed open kitchen, elegant bar, and captain-based service style that nods to a bygone era, and offers diners cuisine by Chef Jun Bum Oh, with the support of Chef Eric Klein, SVP Culinary for Wolfgang Puck Catering. Highly reccomend. Do not miss the "It's A Focaccia Life" to start your meal. Brooke, our server, was the best so if you can ask for her, do so. Best fries in town. And while you're there, treat yourself to the outstanding Academy Museum exhibits or screenings.

Another fabulous night at the Academy Museum and Fanny’s for dinner and a movie. The chicken dish is so good and hearty with carrots and mashed potatoes. The Chinese chicken salad is delish too.

Dinner and a movie doesn’t get any better starting at Fanny’s. Lovely, friendly service and good food. And some of the best fries in LA!!!

We were there at noon on a Saturday for lunch. The restaurant was not busy at all. Service was inattentive, portions were small, and the prices were very high.
