The food was mediocre at best and came out cold even though we had been seated and waiting for it for 40mins. The waitress was clearly new and had to be prompted on a few things. One of us ordered a filet and she wasn't asked how she would like it cooked and then was served without a steak knife. After waiting an additional 25mins for her to come back she cleared the plates and vanished for another lengthy amount of time and when she returned we were ready to leave but she showed us the entire dessert tray and didn't have our check with her. Since we had been sitting there with keys in hand and empty drinks, I let everyone else leave and paid the bill which was highly overpriced. Not really a pleasant dining experience.

The atmosphere is very nice and updated although it was very warm inside. We waited about 30 minutes for our cocktails when there were only 4 tables occupied in the dining room. The drinks didn't even come out together, it was one by one or two together if 2 people ordered the same drink. We waited over an hour for our dinners. Maybe they were super busy in the lounge and not in the dining room, im not sure. I would for sure go back for another chance. Maybe they were short staffed or having a bad night.

Unfortunately we did not have a chance to experience the food. We requested an outdoor table on a beautiful summer evening. What we didnt know is that the patio is located on a busy highway, unprotected from the noise and view of cars whizzing by. Because we had requested to sit outdoors there were no indoor tables left. So we left to find someplace more appealing to enjoy a meal. I imagine that the food would have been very good, but just be warned not to ask for outdoor seating unless you are sure you wouldnt mind the setting.

There were 5 of us. None of us were happy with our meals. They had no taste! I ordered salmon with no sauce due to a food allergy. They brought it with sauce...and undercooked. I didn’t get my redone dish till everyone was done eating,so I took it to go. At least they did comp it, but it was frustrating.

We love your restaurant! Every time we are in Laconia we visit you. We were there the evening you had problems with the AC and needed to close the following day. Our server Mike was wonderful. Even though there was apparent problems that night, he was very attentive to our table. Apologizing for any delays. Highly recommend!

My brother and his wife Kathy were visiting from Florida, every time they visit, Faro is definitely top on the list to go have a fantastic dinner. They absolutely love Faro, Shayla was our waitress when we went to the deck for dinner. Great waitress. We love everyone there. Thanks for making my wife’s Birthday wonderful. Thanks Rich. See you next year Butch & Kathy Baker Lakeland Florida.

Our server was very attentive but clearly somewhat new at the position. He was very courteous and checked on us regularly. One of my biggest pet peeves with all dining establishments is the timing of the entrée delivery. I always ask the wait person to please hold the entrée until we are finished with our appetizer. This night the entrée was delivered before we had completed our salad which was disappointing. On the positive side, we were nearly complete with the appetizer, but having a brief rest period between servings with good wine and conversation is a plus factor for the diner. Other than that, we had a very good experience.

Food is always good, it's usually understaffed however. Took quite a while to get food. Server was also bartending. Still we had fun and enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic night out. The food was delicious and the service was terrific! Loved the 1/2 price appetizers and delicious cocktails too! Would definitely visit again. Super food and fun night out!
