We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

                                                                      We had a wonderful experience at Fattoria last night! From the first moment we walked in, the service staff was very kind, attentive and welcoming. The food was absolutely incredible! We cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

                                                                      We ordered three dishes to share between just the two of us. I really enjoyed the sauce from the meatballs with linguine. The Bolognese was delicious as well, so much flavor. The seafood stew had plenty of fish, calamari, mussels, clams, and shrimp. Our waiter brought bread with olive oil and herbs, along with a small sliver of veggie pate. The extra bread was eagerly dipped and devoured into the stew broth as well. We were greeted and treated like family. This is your Italian experience right at the base of Americas greatest ski slopes!

                                                                      What an incredible experience we had, from the moment we walked in the door that the owner himself created us to our lovely server the atmosphere was everything you can ask for for a quaint Saturday night and the food was delicious and so fresh. We can’t wait to be back in Beaver Creek to visit again.
