   Everything we had was great. The drinks were unique and tasty. The food was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Hard to pick a favorite but if I had to, the Cobia would be the one.

   Good food but good food doesn’t make up for poor service. Both appetizers and dinner took way too long to come out (as we watched others around us get served, who came in after us). No  acknowledgment from the weight staff on the delays. We actually had to flag our waitress down to ask her to please check on her meal. Disappointed.

   I sat at the bar and there was a conference and they were very busy. It took a long time to take our orders but once they did the food came out in a reasonable time. The food was excellent. Fish was cooked perfectly and the seasoning and salt levels were perfect.

    Fern changes the menu often. A few old favorites are gone a few new favorites added. The cheese board used to be great, now it was a few tiny pieces of cheese, hardly shareable. Spaghetti squash and shrimp appetizers were awesome. The snapper with pea risotto was super tasty as was the short rib with Japanese sweet potato mash. Preparations are elegantly plated. Our favorite dessert, the S’mores were no longer offered. Service was well paced. We had very noisy neighbors and it was enjoyable once they left. Owner is accessible and attentive but didn’t apologize for the excessive noisy table.
