L’équipe constituée par le père et le fils créé une expérience culinaire italienne unique, étant en exploitation à Las Vegas depuis plus de 20 ans. Le fils, Mimmo, a grandi dans l'entreprise et, après avoir été diplômé de la C.C.A., il est allé en Italie. C’est ici qu’il a travaillé avec quelques grands chefs de la Toscane. Avec son père Gino, ils ont créé un menu pour satisfaire les palais les plus exigeants avec des plats primés tels que l’osso buco, les côtelettes d'agneau, les steaks de première qualité, du lapin, des poissons de la Méditerranéenne, des pâtes et des pains préparés sur place. Sans oublier le gnocchi de la mère. Alors que Mimmo s’occupe de la cuisine, Gino s’occupe de la salle à manger et s’assure de la satisfaction de tous les clients. Sa spécialité est de recommander des vins italiens de sa liste de vin qui a obtenu l’Award of Excellence par Wine Spectator et qui propose une sélection d’approximativement 900 vins qui lui a valu le titre de « Collection italienne de vins la plus diversifiée aux Etats-Unis ». Il vous sera aussi une large sélection de vins de Californie, de France et d’Australie. Beaucoup de stars ont soupé chez Ferraro’s. Extraordinary dinner! Best Lasagna I’ve ever had. Everything was excellent. My wife had the wild boar ravioli and lived it. Outstanding service as well 5 stars

The food is second to none along with the service. Virgilio is the best waiter who goes beyond and above what you would expect. It is my favorite restaurant in Las Vegas. I make sure to have a meal there every time zI am out here. Check it out, you will be impressed.

Atmosphere ok, nothing special. Food was delicious, portion size good but overpriced. Service was good. Wines selections were endless but also very overpriced.

We can’t wait to go back! Food was phenomenal! The meatballs are under the side dishes, but we ordered ours for an appetizer! What a way to start!

My wife and I reserved a table at Ferraro’s for Valentine’s Day. It was a busy night, but from the valet escorting my wife to the lobby, to our wait service, amd food, it was a perfect dining experience. The lighting was calming, the atmosphere was energetic but we also never felt ignored from the staff. Whether it was refilling our drink, to replacing our plates and utensils for our next course, it all flowed nicely. The quality of the food was evident from the appetizer course, where our Arancini balls were cheesy and flavored with truffle oil. Our salad, the Mimmo was light and flavorful with bits of mozzarella and tomato in a light dressing. We enjoyed the gnocchi pasta which was tender and almost melted on our mouths with a nice pistachio pesto sauce. We opted for the salmon, which had a great texture and sauce that was accompanied by grilled asparagus. Our second meat entree was the airline chicken with a delicious broth and sautéed spinach. The meat was tender and juicy and the skin was nicely charred. Lastly, we finished the meal with a tiramisu dessert that was light and the perfect way to end the night.

Authentic Italian cuisine off the strip…a must visit. Brush up on your Italian speaking skills and chat with Gino and others who aim to please. Great values on the wine list and the food is outstanding!!

Ferraro’s is always fabulous. They were jammed for Valentine’s Day so it was more crowded and noisy than usual, but the food and service were still impeccable. The special four course dinner for two looked fabulous but it was too much food for us. Wish they had a lighter alternative .

Beautiful restaurant. Great food. Little overcrowded so service was a little slow. However, our waiter Francesco did an outstanding job especially considering he had 12 tables to tend to.
