It was a wonderful lunch and the food was excellent. Fernando was our waiter and it was a pleasure to be served by someone so pleasant and attentive. I will want to sit in his section every time. It was a bit noisy as it was lunch time and filled with business people but the noise abated by 1:30. A wonderful experience and congrats to the whole staff and management. See you again very soon. We have been coming to this restaurant for 15 years. I have always found the food to be great and while it’s expensive I found it to be worth it. I went with my husband tonight and it was his birthday which they were told. I ordered a martini which came in a smaller glass than before andf it was only filled halfway. They charge $20 ( obviously plus tax). I thought that was a real rip off. You can charge me but fill my glass. They charged $5 for a glass of sparkling water that came out of one of those bottles you make yourself. The waitress had asked if I wanted flat or sparkling water so I assumed it was not extra. When it came time for dessert I had to tell them it was my husband’s birthday so they put a candle on the dessert we ordered. They totally forgot I had told them when we came in. While the food is good this restaurant is full of tourists who flutter in and out with minimal warmth between the staff and its customers. I feel this restaurant has lost its sparkle and we won’t be going back there for a long time if ever.

Sat at the bar for lunch surrounded by business locals well known to the staff and owner, excellent service by Jackie a career veteran server there. Fresh oysters, sardines, split the catch of the day Euro Sea Bass. Vibe was electric at lunch.
