Rooted in the local farm-to-table movement — a place where seasonality and culinary tradition are celebrated in tandem. One part Hawaii and one part Brooklyn. The food is amazing. Just about everything we have tried so far has been pretty amazing. The chicken liver mousse was really good. We always get the fete spread. The bread that comes with these appetizers is made by them, and it's really ono. The bonne mi sandwich is really good too. If they have the beet salad, I'd get that! Definitely a winner. The only challenge is to find parking in downtown.

The food and service are fantastic. the noise level is a little loud though. Try to sit at the bar because the tables are tight.

Food was delicious and service by our server Christy was excellent! Only thing I didn’t like was the location of the restaurant. It was a bit difficult finding parking and some neighboring streets in the area felt unsafe. We went on a Sunday and it got busy at the peak of dinner time so I’d recommend a reservation.

Amazing dinner at Fete to celebrate a belated 50th B’day for a friend. The in-house made bread was amazing. Reallly enjoyed the steak tartar & the spreads for starters.

We love Fete! It is one of our favorite go-to restaurants for any occasion. Today we had a late lunch: started with cocktails, and then enjoyed the fresh local beet salad with avocado, oysters (to die for!), and a perfectly grilled cheese sandwich. We ended the meal with the delicious olive oil cake and a cortado. A lovely afternoon experience.

We were visiting from Maui and decided forgo our beloved Pig & the Lady for Fête. The hostess was the best part. Kind, full of Aloha and gave us options for our table. Once we got settled, we were given menus and water. This where things spiraled. Our “Negroni”was served in an apertif glass and you could clearly smell chemical residue on/in the glass. The Negroni was less than a shot, made incorrectly, had zero garnish and just looked sad. I asked about whether the pineapple tea or Arnold Palmer was better. Server simply would not give a recommendation. I chose the pineapple tea. Mistake! Served WARM with about 6 ice cubes in yet another glass covered in chemical cleanser. I was having second thoughts about the water in our cup. Apps- we ordered the chicken liver mousse and the “smoked” Gouda cheese with house bread. The CLM was very good, the the cheese? Not special in anyway, sliced inconsistently and just boring iexcept the banana jam. When asked about how that was made, the bartender gave us a condescending answer. When we ordered our main course, I got the Grilled Bonnie Mi, my partner the Korean fried chicken. Again we asked our servers opinion and by this time she was giving shade. We did return the drinks and asked for wine (warm) and she seemed irritated with the request. The manager was nice about it but the server was definitely giving attitude. The Korean chicken delivered to our neighbors table was Huge! When ours arrived it was 1/2 the size. Brioche bun pulled straight from the fridge. It was meh. Now wait for it- my Bonne Mi HAD A HAIR IN IT- very visable so yes I also sent that back. The fries I ordered had ZERO salt. Again the blonde manager, nice, friendly said she had one on the GRILL and it would be right out. Lies… it took another 10 min and this one was COLD on the inside. Gross- just poor attention to detail all around. NEVER AGAIN. Thanks for taking off my sandwich but this was a waste of my time. SKIP IT
