We are Southern Inspired & Whisky Infused!

We love our whisky and cook with it every chance we get: Southern Fried Chicken with whiskey chicken gravy, Makers Mac’n Cheese and natural pork back ribs with our house made 40 Creek BBQ sauce are a few of our whisky infused entrees.
Some of our Southern influenced dishes are: Jambalaya and Rosemary French Toast with Fried Chicken and maple syrup.

We use local free run chicken and eggs, house made organic burgers and Oceanwise seafood.

Fets Whisky Kitchen has been a family owned and operated establishment since 1986. We are Vancouver’s Premier Whisky Bar with nearly 800 different bottlings and Vancouver's home of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society

I come here often for lunch and always enjoy it. Good food, friendly service, nice atmosphere, I can have a conversation with friends and hear them. The only thing is I miss your yam fries and chipotle sauce big time.

The Mac and cheese is not Mac and cheese; made with penne and tasted like carbonara. My fiancé ordered the Kentucky burger and specifically wanted fried chicken and he got grilled. When we informed the server she said she can’t replace it but we can order another burger or $5 friend chicken and use that, Eventually I asked again because it was not what he ordered and she took the plate and went to the kitchen. When she came back she said she had to tell a story to the kitchen but that it was getting replaced. It wasn’t what we ordered so a “story” should not have had to be told in order to get a replacement of the correct order. Aside from that it was ok. Very small, crowded, but great drinks.

The air conditioning worked a little too well for a Saturday night in early January, but other than that it was a great place to go for food and scotch!

Very little atmosphere, very little explained about the whiskies. Was expecting a whisky tasting experience and for the barstaff servers to show some knowledge and enthusiasm over the large number of whiskies sold. Could have been in any old bar!

Outstanding facility. Went with a friend who is not a scotch/whisky drinker, who got a reservation from the server that he just loved. Will certainly be back.
