We had a wonderful evening at Fia. The outdoor seating was lovely and our server, Brittany, was amazing! She catered to our every need promptly and professionally. We started with the meatballs which were delicious…they practically melt in your mouth and the marinara sauce and accompanying bread …fabulous. Next came the salad. We are picky about our Caesar’s Salad, but Fia knocked it out of the park. We shared it which was good because it was huge. Served with fresh anchovies, very crisp romaine and the dressing was on point…perfect blend of garlic and lemon…neither overpowering the other. And the piece de resistance was our main entree which again, we shared…Parmesan Chicken. It was divine! First of all, it could easily feed three people. It was lightly breaded and very tender and moist. Seasoned just right with just the right amount of melted cheese on top and that marinara sauce!!!! Valet parking was a plus.

Meh. This place isn’t as good as it used to be. Slow and inattentive service, average food. Won’t be back for a while.

We had a great experience for Valentine’s Day. The servers were very attending and the restaurant had nice ambiance. I especially liked that they offered a purchase of a dozen roses before the reservation, which allowed me to surprise my partner. As for food, everything we had was delicious. Definitely recommend the Spicy Salmon Tartare Cones, Handmade Cavatelli, and Truffle Filet.

Took a date there both of our first times, the outside is covered and beautiful, but we decided to go inside because there was romantic little booths. Food was 5/5 stars. I will go back.

We chose Fia for our anniversary during Dine LA, expecting a refined dining experience worthy of its reputation. Instead, we encountered indifference, disorganization, and a lack of attention to detail, leaving us disappointed and questioning how this restaurant holds its standing. Upon arrival for our 8 PM reservation, we were immediately let down by being seated at a cramped table by the entrance, next to a large, disruptive group. We had noted our anniversary in the reservation, expecting some consideration for a more intimate setting. When we asked the hostess for a better table, we were dismissed without any effort to accommodate us. The table was cold, uncomfortable, and completely unfit for a special occasion. As parents of a one-year-old, our nights out are rare, and this lack of consideration was disheartening. The service only deteriorated from there. After our appetizer, we waited a staggering 45 minutes for the second course, without a single check-in. Meanwhile, the sommelier brought wine pairings for dishes that hadn’t arrived, highlighting a disconnect between the staff and kitchen. When the dish finally appeared, there was no apology—just plates placed in front of us before the server walked away. By the time our entrées arrived, the restaurant had largely emptied, leaving an awkward, lackluster atmosphere that made the evening feel like an afterthought rather than a celebration. What makes this especially unacceptable is the glaring gap between expectations and reality. A Michelin-recognized restaurant should offer impeccable service and attention to detail—yet Fia failed on every front. There was no warmth, no effort, and no attempt to rectify the experience. Instead, we left feeling ignored and cheated. At this price point, there is no excuse for such poor service. We’ve had better experiences at restaurants charging a fraction of the cost. Fia must reevaluate its service standards. This was a completely unacceptable dining experience

Service and ambiance was wonderful. Management was kind and professional. We had two infants and they were accommodating. The food was flavorful and the mimosas were flowing
