Fia Steak is a love letter to the classic steak house, and new sister restaurant to Fia. The intimate 48-seat restaurant offers three distinct experiences with the energetic Grill, elegant Dining Room & intimate outdoor Patio. The heart of the restaurant is the Grill, where guests can catch the theatrics of live cooking on a wood-burning fire. Chef offers a menu of steakhouse classics, featuring the finest cuts of U.S. beef, as well as handmade pastas & fresh fish from across the globe; Japanese A5 Wagyu & USA Prime beef, "Bubbles & Bumps", featuring great champagnes, paired with "bumps" of the finest caviar, to make every night a celebration. Expect tableside Steak carving of our large format steaks, which complement the stellar service provided by the all-star hospitality team.

Awful. Worst bang for your buck steakhouse in LA. Food took forever, one steak was cold and we had to send it back. Waiter never checked on us while he checked on adjacent tables quite a bit.

Service is attentive, professional, and at the same time casual. Bar is very comfortable if a bit loud when you’re right under the speakers but bartender adjusted them. Food standouts were the grilled olives and asparagus with morels. Rest of the food including a ‘three-finger’ Bistecca alla fiorentina were very good. Main dining room is cosy low tables and there’s a strip of outside tables enclosed by greenery from the parking lot. The open kitchen next to the bar with the Argentine grill was not being used the night we went. Don’t know if they’ve permanently moved the kitchen or only use it on busy nights. Top 4 of my steakhouses in LA.

The food and service were just excellent. I did the Dine LA menu and loved everything. The gnocchi was especially good - best that I've had since Italy. The steak was also amazing, with a crispy outside and perfectly cooked rare-plus inside. I even loved the dessert, which was a sticky toffee pudding that I intended to take just one bite of (and ended up eating the whole thing). This was one of the priciest steak dinners I've had, so it would be only a special occassion place. Unless they put the gnocchi on the regular menu. Then I would be back to Fia Steak regularly.

Place was busy and they couldn’t handle the crowds. Had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Then they sat us at a table in the bar with a chair added to booth, sticking out in the walkway. I got constantly bumped by servers, patrons etc. very unpleasant. We finally sit down and order and they’re out of lobster risotto. Not great for the guy who doesn’t eat red meat. There weren’t many other options. Then the waitress comes back and says they’re out of ceasar salad. Then she comes back and says they’re out of filet. 3 big things we’ve ordered. They comped me a glass of wine but we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The whole experience was disappointing. And very expensive for the experience.

The food was okay. Music was pretty loud in the bar area. For the prices would prefer to go somewhere else.

Excellent steak house, great attention to detail from the staff and niece ambience. The music was a little loud but overall everything was a perfect setting for the occasion

This was our third time visiting. Food was amazing as always. We came on New Year’s Eve for the set menu. We got our first drink in about 20 minutes and waited over an hour for our second drink. Pacing of the set menu also had delays.
