Fiamma is a full service authentic Italian Restaurant featuring the first truly authentic Neapolitan Wood burning pizza oven in Monroe county. With an all natural flame our oven maintains an internal temperature of 1000 degrees cooking the pizza in 45 seconds leaving it with a truly unique taste and texture. The rest of our menu is reflective of traditional southern italian dishes native to the Campania region. With diverse ingredients and seasonal fruits and vegetables we strive to offer only the freshest available seasonal dishes. As the seasons change so will our menu.

The small, quaint dining room was designed to resemble an old fashioned Italian osteria. Rich with wood and other earth elements Fiamma is a warm inviting atmosphere. The Italian countryside was inspiration for both the menu and the dining space. While at Fiamma you will be greeted with a smile, and treated like family.

    We go here a lot. Food was good like usual however, this is the second time we’ve been there with a party of six and five people got their food straight away and one person didn’t. Had to wait significant period of time before the sixth person finally got their main food. A bit frustrating. A was ordered at the same time.

    Service was excellent - Mia was the best! Hospitable, attentive. The best. And the food - ah, the food! Magnifico! Love this restaurant. Will be back for sure!

    We had a very nice dinner last night. We all got different entrees and enjoyed them very much. I had the skirt steak and out was cooked sweet and savory. Served with arugula and cherry tomatoes. Great combo. Thank you!

    Wonderful dinner with friends prior to an RBTL show. Service was prompt and attentive, food was unique and delicious, and the atmosphere was great. Noise level was totally acceptable. This was our third or fourth visit and will definitely be coming back.

    Always a great meal, always proud when we bring someone new here and make them fans as well! They know what they're doing in that kitchen all the way down to dessert! We left stuffed and with boxes to take home. Thank you for making our team Christmas/ year-end dinner a wonderful success!
