Great upscale option in Bozeman. Diverse menu and were very accommodating as I am a vegetarian.

We enjoyed a dinner and a Sunday breakfast here and both meals were delicious. Menu options for both were varied and offered enough options to satisfy everyone. Service was smooth and not rushed. We were celebrating my daughters' birthdays and they surprised us with a dessert and a candle at the end. We loved everything about Fieldings and will be back!

My wife and I celebrated our 19th anniversary at Fielding's with a 6:30pm reservation on a Saturday. The restaurant wasn't overly crowded and the ambience was pleasant. We studied the menu prior to arrival so we had a reasonable idea of what we wanted. We started with Bison Skewers and a Pear & Blue Cheese Salad for appetizers. The bison was delicious, very flavorful, and came with a whipped feta spread. The salad was light and enjoyable as well. I ordered the scallops and my wife had the burger. Both entrees were wonderful. The Aligot potatoes were a tasty (cheesy) side complement and we finished with the chocolate mouse cake for dessert. The staff was friendly and helpful. The chef came to our table to make sure everything tasted good and the manager checked on us as well. Both were nice, respectful touches that made us feel welcome. This was our first visit, we were thoroughly pleased, and will definitely return.

The prime rib was amazing! The best. Everyone’s meal was very good, friendly and attentive staff. Definitely go again.

We found the food and service to be delightful. Our server, Traci, was great and we even had the chance to chat with Aaron who was managing the floor that night. If you’ve tried Fielding in the past, you’ve got to pay them another visit. I feel they have leveled up across the board since we last ate there.

It was very slow and very loud. The staff wrrre really nice but it took 20 min to get coffee and another 25 to get food when it wasn’t that crowded. For this it was very expensive.

Caesar salad is not a Caesar. It’s a house salad. Steak overdone. Trout was really fishy. But waitress was great.
