Food at figo ia very good, the prawn ravioli an absolute highlight.. one of the very best ravioli i have had anywhere.. STAFF AND COCKTAILS ALSO A HIGHLIGHT, SO TRULY A GREAT EXPERIENCE..

Great location, watching all the people and activities of Broadbeach. Food and Service were excellent. Our server Victoria was fabulous. The only let down was that we (table of 8) sitting outside next to a council bin.... that was not fun, as smokers would come along, smoke and put out their cigarettes. And also not a great view looking at a bin. As I booked ahead, I thought that this would be taken into consideration and maybe place us further inside the outside sitting area - away from the bin. My suggestion would be to maybe put some privacy screens or something to block out looking at a bin.

The staf was great, smiley and happy to work even on Christmas day, or at least that s was it seemed😅 Unfortunately the food need some improvement, we had to send back Cacio e Pepe pasta as it was very undercooked, the manager act immidiately and offered us desserts and digestive! Thank you for that☺️

Christmas dinner at Figo was fantastic. The food and service was exactly what my husband and I were after as we had both worked Christmas morning. Nothing was too hard for the waitstaff or bartender. The food was fresh and delicious. We will be back

What a huge disappointment experience - such a shame Our greeting was so lovely big it stopped after that The shared meals olives just ok and the bread and dip not bad and the other one hmmm Main meals wagu steak and barramundi with four side dishes - steak tough and barramundi absolutely zero flavour - the Brussel sprouts served with the barramundi fried were not even cooked and the rocket salad so so bitter and just dumped together and Brussel sprouts coleslaw ordinary - the broccoli didn’t arrive and above all these sides didn’t arrive a good ten minutes plus after The entree plates were sitting there empty gor over 3/4 of an hour and we eventually asked could we order our main meals and can you clear our table What’s astonishing is the waiter walked passed our table so many times and could have picked up our plates plus wiping other tables that customers had left - seriously cleaning an empty table and not clearing your table seems ridiculous They seem very new at this business and not organised The chef cannot cook a steak and the barramundi no flavour and burnt on the top The whole experience just wasn’t worth $48 for a steak and $42 for barramundi plus sides and entrees We are foodies and eat out a great deal and will need to lift their game to survive

For the first time in many year’s I opted to not cook a Christmas feast, due mainly to my large family of 5 adult children being all over Australia with their own families this year. Our son Nick is a Doctor on the Gold Coast so we got together with him and Figo Italian Restaurant and Bar was my choice for a true authentic Italian feast…we certainly were not disappointed, in fact it was everything I had hoped for plus more with the charismatic personalities of the wait staff! We felt so at home, relaxed and definitely well fed at Figo’s. Five stars to the Chef and wait staff 🎄❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Amanda T

We had an amazing experience for our anniversary dinner, our server Victoria was top notch and gave us some great recommendations. On top of that James and the whole staff were fantastic and it was one of the most fun dinners we’ve ever had!! Would 100% come back and recommend!! Amazing food and people!!
