   I can not recommend this restaurant highly enough. Great service, excellently prepared food and wonderful setting. Simply a complete fine dining experience.

   Highly recommend this place when visiting Panama City! Excellent Italian food! It was very nice surprise especially when you’re from New York. Great service and choices!

   To our surprise, when I made my reservation, as I had with about 6 other Open Table reservations, I was booked at the Filipinas in PANAMA! Come on Open Table. It was my error, but I would expect that the software would easily recognize the mistake. The restaurant in DC did not accommodate us at all! They were unfriendly and non-caring

   Siempre es excelente Filomena. Un lugar donde siempre te atienden muy bien, con dedicación, recomendaciones, buen humor y dedicación. Iniciamos compartiendo una pizza de entrada, para los 4. Luego fuimos por los langostinos, la bistecca (Entraña) y la milanesa. De postre, son un MUST BE los profiteroles de pistacho, mortales. Todo lo acompañamos con un prosecco. Y culminamos con un oporto para el postre.

    This restaurant is a gem. Staff was great and food fantastic. It’s the place for a special celebration or if you want to spurge a bit. Will definitely return.
