Le Dressler's Restaurant - Birkdale Village est un restaurant contemporain élégant, pourvu d'une terrasse où vous pourrez prendre votre repas. Il sert un menu avec des steaks, des fruits de mer imaginatifs, ainsi que des entrées créatives, le tout accompagné d'une grande carte des vins. Le bar au service complet est spécialisé dans les martinis, les portos et les whiskies écossais single malt. Les gestionnaires du Dressler’s forment un groupe uni qui travaille en lien étroit depuis des années. Le chef Scott Hollingsworth, le directeur John Glenn et le directeur du bar Kevin McNamara ont collaboré avec le propriétaire Jon Dressler depuis 17 années entières. L'atmosphère chaleureuse et la camaraderie vous sauteront aux yeux dès que vous passerez les portes de l'établissement. Le personnel accueillant veillera à ce que votre visite soit mémorable. Comprenant 130 places sur environ 480 m², le Dressler’s Restaurant est un lieu convivial situé dans le nouveau centre commercial urbain fréquenté de Birkdale Village. Les intérieurs sobres et relaxants restent néanmoins élégants. Les murs affichent des touches de pierres aux tons chauds et ocre, tandis que vous profiterez d'éléments décoratifs aquatiques. Kim Dressler, l'épouse de Jon Dressler et la copropriétaire, a réalisé la décoration intérieure.

The Treatment Table

Reserve ‘The Treatment Table’ for a fun, social, and delicious dinner experience this week. Gather your crew of up to ten mates and book this table for a tasting tour of our menu offerings, both on and off the menu. Located under our covered patio in the heart of Birkdale Village, we’re the perfect spot to kick back, relax with family or friends, and experience our seafood meant for sharing. All guests at the table must participate in the tasting tour for $70 a person. The best part? The Treatment also raises $5 per guest for the charity we are partnering with at the moment.

Enjoyed dinner this evening @finandfinoclt in Birkdale with a long-time friend. The restaurant vibe was nice, and the food was delicious and customerservice was great. If you enjoy seafood and oysters, I highly recommend the Bineville Oysters

Date night at fin and fino Birkdale did not disappoint. All of the staples of the uptown location (which we love) with the convenience of Birkdale. Wait staff was attentive and had great recommendations.

Fantastic dinner! we did the treatment which I highly recommend. Wonderful value and you get to try many different menu items. Service by Alex was terrific. The only issue we had was one of the courses we were served was an off menu item of calamari which was clearly processed not fresh. I have been eating calamari for a long time and have never seen calamari that looked like what we were presented. Although the taste of the sauce was delicious, it was very offputting and was the only item we did not care for. Considering the quality of the seafood at Fin & Fino, putting this out was kind of an embarrassment to the restaurant.

Where do I start…. Let’s just say 10/10!! It was our 1st time there after our favorite Friday afternoon restaurant recently closed. I order the Cajun oysters and raw oysters, their risotto is delicious and pending were made to perfection! We will definitely return!!!

We had an outstanding meal last night at the Birkdale location. Lamb Pasta and Trout were our entrees. The server was great, as was the service. We will be back.

Great menu and cocktails. I ordered some food just before end of happy hour and they didn’t give me the discount. That was lame. Outside of that good place.

Very good restaurant. Food was excellent except for the Crab Cakes. They were gummy. Expensive.

Excellent experience here! Chic ambiance, modern, service very thoughtful and the food was very well prepared. And…affordable!!!! Definitely recommend.

We loved our experience at Fin & Fino! If you are looking for a fantastic food adventure, we highly recommend trying “The Treatment!” A careful crafted and unique meal including many curated appetizers, entrees, and desserts that your whole table can enjoy! We will definitely be returning to the Fin & Fino!
