   We could tell that they were running very behind on the day we went. Staff was slow to seat us for our reservation at 6:30. It took our waiter about 20 min to acknowledge us after being seated. We ordered drinks from the bar which took another 20 minutes to arrive. We ordered food at the same time and that took almost 45min to arrive to us. While we were there there was another table behind us that left before eating because they had been waiting such along time. There were multiple other tables around us that were complaining that things were taking too long. Our waiter staff in particular was nice enough but seemed like she had way more tables than they could handle and was not able to anything more than the bare minimum. The hi light of the experience was definitely the food. And a nice touch at the end was my wife left with a free fresh rose.

   This was our second time dining here. Our first visit was fantastic, which is why we returned. However, this time it took 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. It took another 30 minutes for the waiter to return to take our entree order. Our food finally arrived 45 minutes later. We would have ordered desert, but didn’t want to risk waiting forever. While we were disappointed with the service, the chefs definitely know what they’re doing—the food was delicious.

   Our reservation was before the rush and we still were left waiting at least 15 minutes without any interaction and not even given water. We ordered our appetizer and main at the same time because we already sensed the staff were overwhelmed. Our appetizer came out cold and then we had to wait almost an hour for two plates of pasta. When we asked to speak to a manager we also were told there was no manager there at all which seemed a little unprofessional. Lastly, one or two members of staff were not courteous when maneuvering through tables to the extend we had to duck or move every time they walked by for concern of being bumped or run in to. I understand it's a tight, small space but it seemed unnecessary. The main course was actually very good but the service quality definitely affected how we viewed the night as a whole and made it disappointing.

   The food was very good but the service needs a lot of work. Our server never engaged us had no recommendations and appear to not really know the menu. Even when we asked about drinks that could be made we were advised that the bar tenders were new and encouraged not to even ask. Overall we were just glad the food was good and didn’t take long.

   Honestly I had high hopes for Fiori. We did the taste of Italy so we could try a variety of dishes and to be fair the amount of food they give you for $85 is crazy but the quality was very low. We were not super impressed by anything except the Brussels sprouts. On the other hand the waitstaff is delightful and did an fantastic job.

   Horrible service led us to leave after 30 min. Bad vibes and attitude across the board. Didn’t order food at this point. Decided to spend Valentine’s Day somewhere we were wanted. Seemed to be bias since we’re younger I guess.

   So disappointed as we went based on reviews and now I think these are fake. We are off tasting menu at $85 each. There was no seasoning on anything. The fried burrata was ice cold in the middle and the waiter tried to tell us that’s the authentic way. It had obviously been put in microwaves because of the way the sauce burned around the edges of bowl. The tomatoes on the caprese were mealy. The spinach was watery and no seasoning. Same for sprouts. My friend asked for medium steak, he got rare and the steak wasn’t seared-outside and was grey. Highlights were ravioli and branzini. even those had little seasoning but they were at least edible. We sent full plates back. The service was awful. We sat upstairs on patio and we kept having to ask one server to get ours because he never came out. We ended up leaving without getting dessert. Highlight was bartender. She was so welcoming. A woman came up to me as I was waiting for friend -no idea who she was as she never introduced herself- and asked why we didn’t like the food and I told her. The did comp one $85 but still spent over $120 and ate barely anything. Don’t go here

    This was our first time dining at Fiori and we were pleased. The food was well-prepared. It was, however, a bit bland so having a bit of salt to add or even some red pepper flakes would have given the food more of a deep flavor. That being said, I still have no complaints and will dine there again.
