   Fioreta was the go to restaurant in Karratha for many years.....not after the $200 valentine's experience. Entrees was very small as was dessert. Lamb shoulder excellent but crab linguine was Very watery.heaps of staff all running around with no purpose. We sat for ages waiting for drinks and our mains never arrived until we asked what was the go....apparently the docket didn't print....head of house extremely flustered and not in control.Lots of training needed asap as obviously with Wayne leaving it is faltering big time

   Great food, great drinks, unfortunately not enough service staff. Had to try and flag down someone for second drink after sitting with empty ones for a long time. Sat with finished plates, no drinks for a long time again. Asked for dessert menu, got given that, 20 mins later decided to leave as no service. Shame, as meals and cocktails were lovely and we had planned to spend a longer evening there.

   Great little location, food and wine would be some of the best in town. Would love bigger servings for those with a hunger, but atmosphere and service lends itself to a good night out.

   On behalf of the staff at Mission Australia Pilbara thank you for a fabulous evening. We regularly have our staff functions at Fiorita Wine Bar and have always had an amazing experience. The food, service and ambience are what makes it the best in town. Thank you again Fiorita for a fantastic night.

   I dine at Fiorita often, the food this evening was on point, it was absolutely delicious and served quickly. Drinks service was excellent and the atmosphere was fabulous as always, thanks again Fiorita for having us and for such an amazing experience.

   Food was great as always but the service was not what it usually is. Got the impression the staff were very overwhelmed. Messed up our food order but (we asked for 1 single oyster and they brought us a bowl of 6) and were a bit abrupt with us when we were checking in for our reservation. Was also really noisy as I think there was a Christmas function happening, they just cleared the tables and had people standing around drinking and talking beside people who were seated and eating dinner. Would definitely go back though as we love the food and think we just got the staff on a busy night

   Unfortunately, our visit to Fiorita was far from enjoyable due to the service, which was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. As soon as we sat down, things started going wrong. We had multiple servers bring us the wrong drinks—clearly meant for another table—while we were still waiting on one cocktail for a guest, despite the fact that the rest of our table of five had already finished two rounds. What added to our frustration was the pressure to place our main course orders quickly, as we were told the kitchen was closing in just a minute. We felt rushed, even though we had been patiently waiting for the missing drink. To make matters worse, we watched as another table behind us was seated and served their meals without issue, which only made us feel disregarded. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and the lack of attention and care from the staff left us feeling very disappointed. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

    The food was amazing as per usual but sadly this time the service was terrible, started with being asked our reservation name by the first staff member until he decided actually someone else can sit you so walked away the next person asked the same question and once told was approached by another staff member and told to do something else then the 3rd staff member asked again and finally seated out group. The service from that point on was terrible we were there from 7pm-9.30pm and were only offered 2 drinks (some members of our group started ordering multiple when ordering food just so we got some) we would try get their attention and they would smile at us and walk away, The food was great however some of our group had to wait a lot long than most. Usually the service here is great but was disappointed this time
