Welcome to the Clubhouse at Geneva National! We are thrilled to offer a unique dining experience in our cozy Snow Globes. Food & Beverage Minimums: Sunday - Thursday $100 food & beverage minimum Friday - Saturday $150 food & beverage minimum No outside food or drinks will be permitted. Please note: smoking in the snow globes is prohibited by Wisconsin law, and although we love our furry friends, they are not allowed in the snow globes.) Snow globes are available Sunday-Thursday: 11 am - 7:00 pm (last seating) and Friday - Saturday: 11 am - 7:00 pm (last seating). You and your party have 90 minutes in your private snow globe. Please check in 15 minutes before your reservation. Please note that your reservation time will not be extended if you arrive late. We can't wait to welcome you and your party to our enchanting Snow Globes. Reserve your spot now for a truly magical dining experience at Geneva National!

Our server, Rebecca, was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was lovely.

The ambience was great and our waitress is very nice. However, I always appreciate when a waitress tells you that a service charge has already been added. I know it’s our fault for not looking, but we did give her a nice tip not realizing the service charges applied. Food was good. Not great but very good.

Food was great. Service was just ok. In my opinion when you pay a premium to do something like this in an upscale hotel/resort you expect better service. We ordered appetizers and they gave us all little plates. With our entrees we ordered shareable sides and they didn’t bring us any new little plates to use even though we asked. Had to use the same fork for dessert even though some of ours were taken. Had to ask for things like ketchup and condiments with our entrees that had fries. One of the vents for heat was broken so it was pretty cold even though we all dressed appropriately. All in all I wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t do it again. Too many other places in the Lake Geneva area that have the igloos/snow globes with better service and less expensive.

well- organized dining, great food and atmosphere. the staff definitely care about there customers.

It made no sense to me that the 75$ I paid for the reservation was taken out of my account at the time I arrived for dinner it would have been taken out when I made the reservation. Other than that everything was great!

The waitress didn’t advise how much of our minimum spend we had left and didn’t even remind us we had a minimum spend (had totally forgotten as I booked a few weeks in advance). Igloo was super cute but SO hot inside (very sunny day!) and just not worth the money.

We had the most amazing time. Great food, great atmosphere, outstanding service. So so much fun. Highly recommend. You won’t regret.

Made reservation by mistake. Tried to cancel. Wouldn’t answer phone or emails. Still charged me 150$ just for the reservation.

Only negative was temperature. It was extremely cold outside. They didn't have the heat cranking when we first entered and the heater wasn't able to catch up. When the waitress came in to take orders, she'd leave the door open, which didn't help. However, overall it was fantastic. The food was amazingly delicious.
