Firebird is a chic and vibrant open-fire restaurant and wine bar in Soho.
Our kitchen team works closely with local and regional suppliers and farmers to present the freshest meat, seafood, poultry and vegetables. We invite you to experience wood-fired cooking with no tricks or artifice – just the best produce transformed over a custom-made open-fire grill.

Firebird’s wine list, curated by co-owner and sommelier Anna Dolgushina, champions small, natural and biodynamic producers from across Europe, who work their vineyards organically, with respect to nature and soil.
Bottles change frequently with juicy, vibrant and elegant varieties all being accounted for.

The interior designed by DA BUREAU is inspired by a modern Mediterranean mood, whilst shadows and reflections are used to recreate memories of afternoons spent in courtyards on the continent, underneath olive trees sharing food and drink with friends.

    The food was WAUW! Setting was NICE! little bit loud, but we noticed this in multiple restaurants so might just be something English.

    The food was amazing at firebird, none of the dishes were disappointing (and we had a lot of them). The service was attentive but not overbearing, they kept the table clean between each course and were prompt with refilling waters and wine. The atmosphere is cozy, romantic and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

    Great food and nice environment! However, the portions were very small considering their price. Also, it took them almost an hour for the main courses to be served which was really unfortunate. They did offer free desserts to make up for it and we appreciated it.

    Wonderful evening throughout! Note that we were there during a special "one night only event" with guest chef Savannah Hagendijk from De Kas (Amsterdam) in the kitchen.

    Lovely restaurant, attentive and friendly but not invasive staff, and the ambiance was intimate and relaxing - we went on a Monday evening so it wasn’t at full capacity, therefore it probably could be a bit livelier on a busier evening and that would only enhance the atmosphere. The cocktails were inventive and delicious and the food was incredible. Special mentions to the best tomato salad I’ve ever eaten, and the white chocolate tiramisu was decadent but not heavy, both winners. The meat eaters said the Onglet was awesome! Whilst the mains are a little on the pricey side, it’s worth it for a special occasion, will definitely return to Firebird.
