   Always a good experience at this Firebirds. Jimmy, the GM, is always working hard and whether greeting customers or on the move throughout the restaurant ensuring everything is operating smoothly.

   Server was energetic but also brought his energy down to match our level. Was perfect pace and didn’t feel rushed. Had some personal touches as well which always brings us back.

   This was our first time going. We went with another couple. The food was absolutely amazing! So were there specialty cocktails! It’s a beautiful restaurant and the display behind the bar was beautiful. Not sure how they did it. It was one of the neatest things I’ve ever seen. Our waitress was mediocre. She wasn’t friendly at all. She wasn’t rude, just not friendly. At first, she was around a lot. After we got our entrées, she trickled off. At one point, we were wondering if she was coming back. She’s the reason I did a four star instead of a five star. Will definitely be going back though.

   As always the food, the cocktails and the service were great. We love this restaurant and will be back. My husband ate the three course dinner and o have the lobster fondue salmon. Simply delicious!

    The food was cold , not very good . The carrots had blue cheese on them - this was not explained in the menu
