   This was our first time going. We went with another couple. The food was absolutely amazing! So were there specialty cocktails! It’s a beautiful restaurant and the display behind the bar was beautiful. Not sure how they did it. It was one of the neatest things I’ve ever seen. Our waitress was mediocre. She wasn’t friendly at all. She wasn’t rude, just not friendly. At first, she was around a lot. After we got our entrées, she trickled off. At one point, we were wondering if she was coming back. She’s the reason I did a four star instead of a five star. Will definitely be going back though.

   As always the food, the cocktails and the service were great. We love this restaurant and will be back. My husband ate the three course dinner and o have the lobster fondue salmon. Simply delicious!

   The food was cold , not very good . The carrots had blue cheese on them - this was not explained in the menu

   We made a reservation for 7:45. We were seated by 8 PM.  The young, dark haired gentleman at the host stand was very friendly, warm and welcoming. He made eye contact and greeted us right away and told us he had checked us in and it would just be a few minutes while they got our table ready. We were seated in a very comfortable booth and our server came right away to get our drink order although we were not ready for that. He promptly got us water while we perused the menu. When we were ready, he took our order, brought us exactly what we ordered, and even provided friendly conversation. Clearly, this man is a master at his serving game! He checked on us, refilled our drinks when needed, and did not rush us through our meal. The food was delicious and piping hot and exactly as we ordered it. Thank you for a great experience at the Mason location Firebirds!

   Drinks are expensive and not made that great. Stick with wine at this place. Food is phenomenal.

   We have dined here before and had excellent service, but during this visit the service was slow. We sat for 10-15 minutes before our server made initial contact. At that point we were ready to order. We placed our order and then it was 5-10 minutes from when we ordered before we got our drinks (water) and bread. We both ordered steaks (medium and medium rare), shrimp, and veggies and that took a while to come out. Overall our whole dining experience took an hour and 15 minutes.
