   We met up with some people we hadn’t known before. So the evening was already stressful. Firebirds helped us break the ice.

   My wife and I love to dine at Firebirds when an opportunity arises. The food was incredible. The Tomahawk Pork Chop should not be missed. Every bite was better than the last. My wife had Chicken with Sun-dried tomato sauce over it and it was delicious. Food, drinks, and dessert are all top notch at Firebirds. An intimate, cozy dining experience to share with your family or that special someone.

   My wife had the filet mignon and I had the prime rib. Both meals were very good. This is a favorite restaurant of ours.

   We dined there and seemed waitress was new. We are type people can’t eat full meals. We split. She brought salad bowls steaming hot which would have wilted salads We used bread plates instead The food was ok. But not as described in menu The refill of drinks never came till we were done The bar area seemed to carry over lot of noise Not what I was looking for in an evening out

   We go here a lot and the last two times have not been very good. This time the food was spicy even when not indicated and my kids’ food was lukewarm (like maybe it had been sitting waiting on the other food). The service was good but the food quality seems to be going down hill.

   Was glad I made a reservation so no trouble getting a table. It was very busy for a Wednesday evening. Server was very nice and helpful but after ordering , our food took over an hour to come out. One in our party had cold food but all others were hot and very good. We were a party of four and larger tables of 8+ who were seated after us were being served. We spoke with James, the manager, and he apologized and gave us a small gift card for our next visit. We have eaten here more than a few times and this was our first negative experience. It is two weeks before Christmas , so wondering if this had an influence on tonite.

   Excellent experience …from our greeting at the front door , to the excellent service of Ruby , our waitress! Food was brought to our table in a timely manner and was prepared to perfection ! Highly recommend this restaurant!

   We know what to expect at Firebirds. Reese (hopefully I am spelling her name correctly) was the best server we have had at Firebirds in a long time. She was very aware of when we needed something and she was extremely friendly as well.

    Went for my birthday dinner. I had higher hopes. Food was only ok. Tuna TarTar was overcooked. Prime rib was chewy. Service was a little slow. The company I was with was great!
