Our first time visiting. We should have left when we were told no draft beer was available because they were cleaning the lines, this should be done after hours. Wait staff was very nice and attentive but the experience was ruined due to fruit flies buzzing around us while we were eating. This was brought to the managers attention but there was NO apologies or signs of remorse, just excuses. This is unacceptable for an establishment that charges a premium price. Manager didn't offer to do anything for what we were experiencing. Waitstaff was more concerned and apologized.

Love the atmosphere and menu. We weren’t in a hurry so the slow service was ok for us. We were relaxed and enjoyed our time. Grateful they were broadcasting the NWSL championship game and that alone will make me become a loyal patron.

It took just over an hour from the time we ordered our food until it made it to the table. Both steaks that were ordered were way overcooked. The wait staff noticed it and took it off our bill without us asking. Front of the house seemed in order but the kitchen was struggling. Same experience we had a couple of years ago.

The filet we ordered was very over cooked, but our waitress nicely comped that meal. The $18 hamburger was on a substandard bun and the tater tots were nothing special. A burger and fries from Five Guys would have been better & a better value. Our first visit to Firebirds & probably won’t go back.

Shrimp and Strawberry salad was amazing! I was a little nervous that it is November in Indiana and there are no good strawberries to be found. But this salad did not disappoint

My party arrived earlier than we expected (about 40 minutes) and we only had a short wait before we were seated. This was our first and definitely not our last time dining at Firebirds. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Thank you Firebirds staff for making my mother in law’s birthday an enjoyable experience.

We had overall great experience. One person in our group had tomahawk pork chops that were over cooked so they got salmon instead but other then that everything was great!
