   The food was delicious, and was prepared exactly the way we requested. Our wait person was polite, friendly, and efficient. A member of the management team stopped by our table to say “hello,” and to ask if everything was satisfactory.

   Salmon and salads are always delicious. Our server Michelle is always amazing! One of our favorite places to go for lunch or dinner in Charlotte 😊

   Had a lovely birthday celebration dinner at Firebirds. The entire evening was spectacular and cannot say enough about our service. The waiter was even kind enough to call when we left an item at the table to make sure that we got it back! Great dinner and service.

   The Firebirds product has definitely gone down in the past few years. Salads are wilty, not fresh. Food for the price is very mediocre. Service is adequate, but not exceptional. I'm not a fan of all the ball cap wearing clientele. This restaurant is a C level restaurant for this area.

   Excellent waiter, staff kind and welcoming from door to table. Our waiter surprised my fiancée and I with a sweet message written on our cheesecake plate. Very memorable experience! Will be coming back again.

    Consistent service and food selections. Service is always about average and big menu to choose from. Worth the travel.
