    Appetizers drinks and blt salad were the best! Salmon and Shrimp was great also. The filet had no seasoning at all I’m not sure they even used salt and pepper. The sirloin the same but they added butter on top to help w the seasoning. The add on side of shrimp was tiny dried up shrimp. Desert was great.

    Great experience first time going as a married couple celebrating our second year anniversary. The staff was wonderful & the Happy anniversary card was the topping on the cake.

    Ordered the trio - green salad, Salmon and shrimp, crème brule cheesecake. Partner had chicken pasta. All food was fresh, flavorful and amazing. Drinks were generous and tasty. Excellent evening.

    The food and service were amazing! Even for Christmas Eve night it wasn't overwhelming, we were tended to and our reservations honored. Our Waiter was also amazing.

    Firebirds is our first choice. The food and service is excellent. The servers are friendly and the Manager, Don, is very engaged and personable.
