    Normally service has been amazing, but our whole order didn’t come out. We had to ask for it and when we asked for another drink from the bar it never came. It was literally forgotten about.

    Had a very nice enjoyable mid-week dinner, food was prepared as ordered and Eric was friendly and attentive. Firebirds at Collegeville never disappoints.

    We met friends we haven't seen in a very long time. The restaurant was super busy and our server, Caroline, let us know and apologized. She was very efficient and friendly! We had a really nice time and never felt rushed. All 4 of our steaks were cooked to perfection.
