    The food was excellent as always and service was also good. Reservation time was the only minor issue I had. 7:30pm was the time and seating wasn't available until 7:54pm

    We had the prime rib and it was not at all up to par. We had this at Firebirds in Bartlett a fcouple of months ago and it was exceptional. The were very busy but food and service were great! Tonight, at Collierville the prime rib cuts were not as good as usual. My husband's cut was from the end and it was tough. The server asked how everything was and we told her. She went a got another cut and it was better, but still not great. The baked potatoes looked like that had been baked earlier and then rewarmed. And then they were barely warm and kind of hard. Not at all as good as usual. And they were NOT very busy when we arrived. I guess we better stick with the Bartlett location. I don't spend THAT much money as a rule, so it hurts the pocketbook to know that money was more or less wasted.

    We made a reservation, table was not ready and they didn’t seat us until about 20 minutes later after asking twice. We were there from 4:15pm to almost 7pm. It took forever to get drinks, appetizers, food. They even forgot one of the appetizers we ordered. NEVER will I go back to the place, absolutely horrible management, and we weee there FOREVER!!
