    I have to say that we were disappointed with the dinner we had at Firebirds. Our server seemed disinterested in doing her job. Our steaks were very tasty but overcooked and so was the mushy light green broccoli. The pasta dish was good. I was really surprised by the food's quality because the restaurant is so busy and reservations are always necessary. Don't think I'll be returning anytime soon...

    We were there for a Family Dinner. Everyone enjoyed their meals; the only issues that we had were that we found things to be a little too salty for our taste and they have apparently changed the preparation of the Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls; they made a change to the sauce and it's now more Thai chili than the hot mustard, again our preference, and someone else might love the new recipe. Other than that, the meals were well prepared and everyone enjoyed. We'll definitely be back.

    Delicious food with great service. My sirloin melted in my mouth and my husband said his salmon was the best he ever had. Will definitely return.

    It was a very busy night, and we were glad we made reservations because they were not accepting walk-ins that Friday, and it was date night for us. We were seated immediately, and Zack, our waiter was attentive and very personable. Our orders were taken, bread was brought, my salad arrived, and then we waited, and waited....and waited...until finally our entrees arrived. Mind you, they were perfect and delicious, but that wait was very long. This is one of our favorite restaurants, so we were patient, and the staff did apologize....not their fault but the kitchen. We will go again, of course.

    4 of us dined; filets, salmon, Colorado salad. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Our server, Hannah, was great. The only problem was it took over an hour to get our meals! Apparently the kitchen was understaffed. General manager was apologetic and offered free refills on our drinks, which was a nice gesture.
