Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is located at Dania Pointe in Dania Beach. We are an American Restaurant and Steakhouse known for our scratch kitchen, bold flavors and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy our signature menu items including hand-cut, aged steaks and fresh seafood or our specialty crafted cocktails and select wines. Join us for Brunch Saturday and Sunday starting at 11am and Happy Hour and enjoy Bar Bites and Drink Specials in the FIREBAR® and on the Patio from 4-6:30PM Monday - Friday. Usually, the service and food are usually very good; that is why it is one of the places I prefer to go to dinner or celebrate something. On this occasion, I decided to go and celebrate the birthday of a friend, but nevertheless, the service and waiting time have been horrible. The waiter had a good attitude, but he was not attentive, because he was never around. The meal took 45 minutes to arrive; even though I tried to locate the waiter, I did not succeed, because he was not around. Within 35 minutes of waiting, he went to the table and said there was almost food. I found the waiting time absurd because it was just a two-person table with a single main course and an aperitif. The food came warm and the crab cakes were not very good. The manager went to the next tables, but he never came to ours to ask if everything was okay. Despite having put in the notes of the reservation that it was the birthday of my friend, the waiter did not notice and did not even ask if anyone wanted dessert or something like that. Bad experience.

We were so happy to find this lovely restaurant near our hotel. Seated quickly, great service and great food and wine. Three of us had the sea bass and shrimp dish…light and flakey fish in a great sauce w asparagus and rice on the side. Side salad was huge…probably enough to share. My husband enjoyed the clam chowder. Highly recommend this place!

The waiter was knowledgeable with a great personality. We had brunh on a Sunday, and the food was delicious. Everyone at my party enjoyed their meal. I'll definitely return there when I visit Dania Pointe. The only thing is they can be very busy, so it's advisable to make reservations.

Firebirds is one of my favorite places to eat. Nice balance of diners, some celebrations and even great for date night out. The only down side for me is price. That's not Firebirds fault, just the economy. So I'm not able to add those ranch onion rings sadly.

Great good and ambiance but when they are busy expect to be there for a little over 2 hrs and wait for your entree to come in over an hour. Everything else was great

We arrived just ahead of our reservation. We waited 10 minutes for our table. It took another 10 minutes before we saw our server. She brought our drinks after another 10 minutes. We ordered and it took 45 minutes for 3 of our meals to arrive. The 4th one apparently hadn’t been ordered. We watched them make it as our table was close enough to the kitchen. The steak came to the table very rare even though it was ordered as medium. It was sent back with a request to speak to the manager. He redelivered the steak and apologized for the delay. He did comp the one steak and offered us dessert as compensation for our extremely slow service. We declined dessert. It was a Friday night at 7:30 pm in a tourist area so the restaurant should have been staffed appropriately. We all had traveled all day so it was very unfortunate that it took so much time to get mediocre food. Pretty unlikely we’ll go back when we’re visiting again.

Excellent food and service! The people they placed at the table next to us were very noisy—a party of 10. Not a great combination.

Casual upscale dining. Service was great from the moment we walked in. Food is decent for a chain . Steak properly cooked and fresh. Pasta and shrimp was good. Appetizers were very good and shareable - lobster spinach dip and deviled eggs. Location is a community center so walkable area.

Had my birthday dinner last night I enjoyed myself, a few issues but it was a busy weekend I appreciate the staff and the manager was so helpful and made all the accommodations he was great . It’s more than worth going ! Really great
