   Very crowded, arrived early and was told they would seat us as soon as possible. Had a seat at the bar and had one drink. Dinner was fantastic, pork chop and filet with shrimp. Both cooked as ordered. Even though very busy, our server made sure we had everything we needed. Have gone to Firebirds many times, never disappointed and always impressed with service.

   The server took seven minutes to acknowledge us. It took another ten minutes for her to serve the bloody mary I ordered. She was very friendly and made good eye contact. It took approximately twenty minutes for the food to be served, which was very good, including the baked French toast, salmon bennidict, and shrimp and grits. None of our plates were cleared, which is annoying if you're spending $100. Overall, the food was delicious, but the service could be improved upon.

   Arrived on time for our lunch reservation. Received menus then waited over 15 minutes for waitstaff. Finally went and spoke to someone and requested a waiter. Very apologetic, waiter took our order and manager offered free dessert. Waited again for over 40 minutes for our lunch. Sandwich was made incorrectly and was remade. Great waiter . Poor management. Food was not good . Cold chicken in Caesar salad and disgustingly limp toast on BLT. FREEZING temperature in the restaurant itself. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Firebirds is usually my favorite restaurant. DO BETTER.

   We asked for rare Steak and it came out well done and since the customer was 15 she was too shy to send it back. Please listen to your customers.

   Very good food. Full house with it being valentine’s day but it doesnt feel crowded or very loud. Definitely recommend

   There were aspects of our meal at Firebirds that we enjoyed, but several service-related issues detracted from the overall experience. Upon arrival for our 9:15pm reservation, the atmosphere was pleasant and the restaurant was not particularly busy despite being Valentine’s Day. We were hoping for prompt and attentive service, but this was not consistently the case. For instance, after finishing a soft drink, we waited an unusually long time for our server to offer a refill. Eventually, my date walked up to the bar to request one himself, which was inconvenient and disrupted the flow of the meal. The delays continued with my soup, which I had to ask for three times before it finally arrived. The soup was delicious, but by the time it was brought to the table, I was nearly finished with my main course. The steak I ordered was initially very undercooked, but it was flavorful and tender once it was cooked to the correct temperature. I appreciated that the server and kitchen staff handled the correction politely and efficiently. Another service hiccup occurred when we requested an extra container for leftovers. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, my date ended up approaching our server directly, who promptly provided the container before continuing his conversation with his coworker. While our server was very polite and professional, his lack of follow-through on simple requests was noticeable and diminished the overall experience.
