It is unfortunate that this location is small with a low open ceiling that makes it noisy.

Very disappointed. We chose Firebirds over other restaurants because of other reviews. It was an important dinner for us to host family from NY. The prime rib was undercooked and was sent back to the kitchen. I ordered the filet and received a tough sirloin. I was able to flag down a manager who took my plate to get a correct order. The waitress did not check on the table to make sure that everyone else was fine with the meal. My steak arrived after a long wait and it made others uncomfortable eating while I waited for my food. I was furious. They were pleasant and comped some of the food but the important part was that it was supposed to be a good time, my family is flying out today and said “Don’t worry about the meal, it’s the company that counts.” Very disappointed!

This restaurant is a favorite with very good food. However a few distractions this visit: the booth bench was so wet we had to ask for a towel and the table was set on a wet table top for an unpleasant start. Our meals were delicious, however, we learned when the bills came that if you order tea and want extra hot water for your tea, you will be billed for the first cup of tea at $3.50 and then again $3.50 for additional hot water. Of course, we expected a pot of hot water when we asked for more hot water, but instead a cup of hot water was brought to the table. According to the manager, this is Firebirds policy regarding an order of one tea bag and one cup of hot water. This was a new, and very ridiculous experience. In the future, there are other options to avoid the $7 hot water and tea drink such as unlimited coffee and iced tea, or even a bloody Mary from the bar. The waitress was given the $10 Firebird Inner Circle discount code only to forget to deduct it from our bill. Eventually the $3.50 waters were deducted and. the Inner Circle code applied. It would be nice if the sound acoustics were better in the restaurant as it is very hard for staff and guests to hear.

The food was great today. Cooked to the way I asked the server to do. The server was very nice and professional.

Firebirds is one of the best restaurants in the area. Excellent menu, great staff. I order the filet, fully loaded baked potato and my wife and I split a green salad. We generally visit the restaurant every other week. Never gets old

Food has always been good at firebirds. This time the cocktails were lacking. My lemon drop was not as good as I have had in other locations and the Bloody Mary was mostly ice with a small slice of celery. 3 sips your done! How about some olives, lime and half the ice. We had a reservation at 3:30 and our table wasn’t ready. We sat at the bar ordered a drink then appetizer. We ended up eating at the bar which was fine but the hostess never came to tell us our table was ready ready!

Our server, Karina, was outstanding. Not complaints with her service. She went above and beyond to make sure we were good. Overall, the food was very good. I was expecting the lighting to be a little lower. Same for the noise level. I thought the noise level was a little high but I think if the lighting was a little lower the noise would be too. 1st time visiting. I'll be back.
