   First time at Firebirds and it was excellent. The service was spot on as was the food. It is nice to have a quality place in the area that isn’t the same run of the mill average. We will be back.

   We had a great meal at Firebirds happy hour. We had some great appetizers and drinks at a discounted price. Our service was great. The apps and drinks were tasty, and we walked out without breaking the bank. We'll be back!

   Although this spot is still new and my visits had been improving, my latest experience was disappointing. Despite a reservation, I waited 20 extra minutes to be seated. I got a beeper, but after 15 minutes learned that tables were still being cleaned. The table was cramped, and the hostess appeared disinterested and unhelpful. While our server was kind, he repeatedly forgot essential items. The food, drinks, and ambiance were decent, but poor service overshadowed everything, leaving me very disappointed.
