    This was our second year having our company Christmas Dinner at Firebirds. It was awesome. This year our server Sam was the greatest. So energetic and personable we all loved him. Thank you Sam for making our company gathering so great. Hope to get you next time. Thanks Firebirds for always bringing the best in service and food.

    Ordered our food at 5:30pm it took 50 minutes to get a steak salad and sirloin. Will not return here.

    The food was great but the service timing was terrible. Salads delivered before cocktails, then entrees delivered before the salads were cleared. We don't care how "backed up" the bar is, slow everything down so the dining experience is preserved.

    Server was amazing. Celebrating my mother’s birthday…food for two of our party had crab cakes served cold, not even a sear on the outside looked like they were scooped from bowl onto plate never hitting flattop. Watched Chris expediting food and taking from under heat lamps and placing on shelf below to get cold. Not sure what this man gets paid for other than being in the way.
