   We had a wonderful meal with a top notch dining experience. Our server, Harmony was polite, professional, and  attentive to our dining experience. Kudos to Harmony!

   Our reservation was for 7:15pm on a Saturday night at the Gainesville Va site. The restaurant was very busy. We were seated by 7:30. I call that a win on a busy Saturday evening. Our server was Sebastian. He could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. I ordered the 7z Filet Mignon and Sebastian had me cut it open before leaving the table. We discovered it was a tad bit too red for my liking and he quickly ran it back to the kitchen for one extra minute on the grill. It came out absolutely perfect!! I appreciate the extra thought by him to make sure it was to my liking. My husband had the 12z Ribeye and shrimp. He said it was outstanding!! Firebirds always delivers!! We love this steak house and the smell from the parking lot is so enticing. Thanks for another fabulous meal. See you next time!!

   Our server was great. She checked on us frequently and made sure we were enjoying the meal. Manager also stopped by and was engaging to make sure we everyone was enjoying the brunch. Food was great.

   Great place for lunch with neighbors. We had four different meals from cheeseburger to fish sandwich to spinach salad with blackened salmon to salmon dinner. All meals were delicious and service was attentive. Price was reasonable, plus we also received a discount coupon for being a Firebirds member.

    It would have been a 5 star review but the temperature in the restaurant was FREEZING which took away from the whole experience !!!
