   I’m coeliac, so a problem customer and our waitress was new. My medium steak was very well done, the asparagus was barely cooked and cold and the mash had a worrying ingredient. The salad was okay but when I was informed the ice cream had gluten it triggered an investigation, The manager pulled up the info and no gluten, zanthum gum does not have gluten. So a disjointed meal that could have been much better. We’ve had superb meals there previously. Not up to snuff tonight.

   Food was very good. Service was horrendous. Server did not ask if we wanted bread. Server basically took out order, brought it, and threw it down in front of us. Did not see him again until he brought the check. Don't understand as normally the service is top notch.

   Consistent quality and service, had 2 filet dinners cooked to perfection. Side salad and dessert rounded out the evening.

   As always, the food was excellent. Sabastian is our favorite waiter, but we have yet to have a bad experience with person or food.

   Firebirds is one of our go to places locally. Service is great. Saturday for some reason it was a little off. We both ordered salads and it took a REALLY long time for us to receive. The appetizer came out right away. Then it was an hour from the time of our reservation before we received our meals. Mine was very saturated in dressing. Just wasn't the best this time. It was hard to have dinner conversation. It was loud, but this restaurant is always loud. I would say keep that in mind depending on the evening you are trying to have. Our server was great, but was definitely working multiple tables, so we had others pitching in with brining our items.

   The service provided by Ella was excellent; the food arrived on time and was also excellent. Firebirds is our "Cheers". We recommend it highly !

   Great time, we did a surprise retirement party! It was great! We did not feel rushed or pressured to order, we were there 3 hours!
