   Outstanding food and service. Caroline our waitress was kind and considerate and knowledgeable. It was our first visit and we will be back. We were celebrating our 56th wedding anniversary and were treated to a delightful dessert on the house along with a memorable wedding card signed by the staff. The floor manager Chris came by our table to welcome us and to chat. Made us feel very welcome and special. See you soon. Thanks for a wonderful evening. Stu and Jerri Cann

   We had a great experience and dinner. Our server Josh was very friendly and attentive and was on top of everything. We love Firebirds because we can stick to our low carb diet with delicious protein and veggies!

   Wasn’t as good as we had hoped. Steaks were full of tendons and extremely chewy. Could only eat half my ribeye. A manager came over to see how things were and when we said not great the offered to comp my steak but when the check came it was still on there. Food took an hour to come out as well so we were pretty disappointed after a long wait to eat not great food

   Generally had good experiences but the most recent was not good. One meal had to be returned because it was extremely salty. Should have been comped. Service was slow. Young waitress was trying but did not know very much about the wine list. The replacement meal came out after the other 2 meals were completed. To top off the evening we were provided with the wrong bill. It just seemed everything that could go wrong went wrong.

   Had friends in from out of town and wanted to dine locally. Firebirds did not disappoint. Excellent food, value, & service. Great atmosphere as well!

   Great meal and very attentive service! I took my parents for dinner to celebrate their birthdays and it was wonderful! We will definitely be back!

   Overall the experience was good. When ordering alcohol it took a long time to get drinks to table. We even canceled one drink after not coming for some time.

    we had an amazing dinner this evening!! it is tradition for us to celebrate our anniversary at Firebirds, and from the minute we walked in, to the minute we left, we felt so much love from the staff. dinner was incredible, as always! the honey garlic chicken and the surf and turf are a couple of our favorites. and our server, Crystal was so great. very attentive, kind and so generous with our anniversary dessert. thank you so so much, we will be back again very soon!
