   The bartender wasn’t all that friendly, waited 5 minutes before he even acknowledged we were there. The appetizer was brought out, the dinners came well after the starter, which we prefer, then my chicken was dry as the Mojave and the potatoes had way too much butter. But, everybody enjoyed their steak and shrimp. Most of all the lobster queso.

   We waited 15min after our reservation time to be seated but it’s Christmas Eve & they were busy so I didn’t complain. Once seated, everything went well. Our server was knowledgeable and gave us recommendations. We did not have alcoholic bevs but the Lobster queso dip, steak, & chicken meals were great! I would definitely go back.

   Took some of my employees here yesterday for a little early Christmas party. I was pretty embarrassed as the chef messed up 3 of our steaks. We all asked for medium rare yet the inside of the steak was not at all pink and the outside of the steak was so burnt I literally had to spit my bite out. I couldn't even continue chewing it. The waitress did come back to bring us a new one but for the price this place costs, I dont think that 3 steaks should have been cooked to the point where they were burnt. Especially when asked for medium rare. We got 3 appetizers and the deviled eggs had the worst seasoning on it that I've ever tasted. And they were $17 for like 6 of them. 4 of us tried one and the other 2 people didn't even want to try them based on our reactions. There was also a hair in one of my employees salads. Ive worked in restaurants before so I understand mistakes happen but man... that was pretty bad.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's expensive for the quality of food.

   Sat at the bar instead of our table we reserved (personal preference) and the place was BUSY! Had great service and the food was very good. We’ll def be back!

   My thirty dollar steak was the worst ive ever had. The prices weren’t great but to make matters worse our server was new and overcharged for sides that were included in the cost of the entree.

   Very good as always. The steaks are always cooked to perfection and the ceasar salad is among the best Ive ever had. Great service. Its not a quiet atmosphere however. If youre looking for a great steak and drinks for a casual night out its good. If youre looking for an intimate, low key experience then I would pick another place.

    Firebirds was just okay for the price. The prices were upscale, but the ambiance was more family oriented than "adult". I had the filet with au gratin potatoes and my husband had the ribeye with street corn. The steaks had a nice crust on the outside and were cooked as ordered, medium rare. The potatoes were good and had a little spice, however the corn tasted canned. The bread was horrible and the 1st piece the brought was undercooked. We split the carrot cake for dessert and our friends had the bread pudding, both delicious. The presentation of the meal and dessert was basic and lacked any garnish. I'm glad we tried Firebirds, but if we go back, it will be for a burger.
