   Firebirds was just okay for the price. The prices were upscale, but the ambiance was more family oriented than "adult". I had the filet with au gratin potatoes and my husband had the ribeye with street corn. The steaks had a nice crust on the outside and were cooked as ordered, medium rare. The potatoes were good and had a little spice, however the corn tasted canned. The bread was horrible and the 1st piece the brought was undercooked. We split the carrot cake for dessert and our friends had the bread pudding, both delicious. The presentation of the meal and dessert was basic and lacked any garnish. I'm glad we tried Firebirds, but if we go back, it will be for a burger.

   I always request Gage...he's an excellent waiter! He's very knowledgeable about the menu & gives great suggestions. The food & drinks at Firebird's are always great! We tried the carrot cake tonight for dessert...yum! Great evening!!!

   We made reservations for a birthday celebration. Samantha was our server and she was excellent! The food was wonderful and we didn't have a terribly long wait time. My son's steak came out medium-well instead of medium-rare and they immediately took it back and made him a new one. The manager brought it to the table and had him make sure it was to his liking this time. Great customer service! The menu has lots of options and is not too pricey. Also, the restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Overall, I would definitely recommend eating here and will be returning!

   Great meal, our first time hitting Firebirds. Pork chop and cod special were both delicious! Only downside of a wood fired grill was my hair smelling like a bbq for the rest of the evening! :) Worth it.

   3 out of our 4 dinners came out. The 4th was followed at least 15 min later. By the time the last meal was brought out all of the other meals were cold and the meat was tough. The only compensation offered was the one late meal being removed from bill. All meals should have been compensated as they were uneatable due to the poor service.

    I think it’s a little new. A lot of staff seemed to be training. It was still really good service and all of the food was excellent.
