   We had a wonderful time celebrating New Year’s Eve at Firebirds! The waitress was very nice and although it became busy towards the end, the service was on point. The banana foster bread pudding is amazing!

   We have been coming to Firebirds for quite awhile. The burgers were burnt and tasted horrible. Very disappointed.

   I’ve eaten at the Firebirds in Dania Beach, FL. The food and service was excellent. Was excited to stumble upon a Firebirds in Greenville while we were traveling, so we made a reservation for dinner. Unfortunately it was an entirely different experience. The food was terrible, and disappointing. The server rushed our meal—despite us asking NOT to put our dinner orders in until we finished salads and apps. As a result, she checked back twice asking if she could bring our meals—clearly because they were ready. When they delivered our food, everything was lukewarm or cold. For a $40 filet, this is unacceptable. The steak was so cold, the garlic butter topping didn’t even melt. The bacon deviled eggs do not say they have jalapeños on them on the menu—but we received deviled eggs with jalapeños all over them, which our family hates (and made the eggs inedible for us). This location needs to step it up.

   We always have a great time when we come here. Food is always good although overpriced. It was my son’s birthday but nothing special was noted.

    We had a wonderful evening at Firebirds! The ranch rings were a delicious start to the meal, and while my steak was initially prepared incorrectly, the staff quickly made it right and brought me the perfect steak. The service was speedy, and we were ready to leave about an hour after arriving, which was great. It was our waitress's first night out of training, and she was very attentive, doing her best to provide excellent service. What really stood out, though, was the teamwork. Another employee stepped in without hesitation to assist her, refilling my drink as soon as it was empty and offering support wherever needed. I also noticed a female manager who was hands-on, helping the new waitress without any negativity—just genuinely understanding and supportive. On a busy Friday night, their team dynamic was impressive, and the positive atmosphere really left a lasting impression on me. We’ll definitely be back, and I’m excited to see how this team continues to grow!
