   We go to firebirds once in a while even though it has gotten a bit expensive for us. But, the food and service has always been good. The service and food was very good today.

   Always a good experience and excellent food! We have been going here for our anniversary the last couple of years but also enjoy on other special occasions.

   Today we hit the jackpot! We had Simon and Madeline! They are the best example of customer service orientation and great ambassadors for Firebirds wood! Strongly recommend asking for Madeline as your server! She is outstanding!

   This was our anniversary dinner. Both of us ordered the roasted garlic sirloin, well done, no pink. After waiting approximately 30 minutes, and seeing others seated and receiving their food and we had none, we asked for our waitress to come to our table. She apologized for the wait stating that our steaks came up but she kept sending them back due to them not cooked at well done. Instead of us waiting so long, she should have come to us stating what was going on. We did receive a small dessert and champagne as an anniversary treat.

   Excellent lunch experience. Amazing salmon BLT sandwich. Angela was very helpful and attentive as our server. Setting is conducive to some privacy and conversation. Return regularly.
