    After a 10 year hiatus from eating at Firebirds in Greenville, my wife and I decided to give it another shot. We arrived for an early dinner, around 5:30p. Our initial impression when arriving is that the restaurant has a warm and cozy feel, and the staff are very kind and attentive. I was not impressed with the wine list, as mediocre brands such as Meomi were priced as if they were premium. The food was moderately priced which is partly the reason for our visit. We picked items on the menu that appeared to be relatively health and reasonably priced. However, our perception of the food was that it is reheated as opposed to created on site. My wife ordered a salad that likely contained a 1/2 cup of dressing. My caesar salad was excessively dressed, and the chicken with mashed potato plate was largely inedible. I did not make a scene, but did let the waiter collect our plates with most of my dinner left on the plate. Our dinner check for two was approximately $100. This will be our last visit to a chain restaurant when there are other options.

    We had a great server, I wish I remembered her name (Blonde with glasses), she was more than attentive and also was great at describing the dishes and add-ons. She suggested the lobster spinach dip for our appetizer— omg— it was amazing ! Our filets were wonderful and cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to visit Firebirds again.

    The food was really good, and the service was outstanding! Simon (host) is a great ambassador for this place and Madeline (our server) was excellent! They are great examples of customer service orientation!

    First time at brunch at this restaurant and it was a fantastic experience… normally it’s a go to for date night but now I can take the whole family…. It is now in the brunch rotation!

    We had another wonderful dinner. Everything was perfect as usual. Firebirds serves the best steaks in Greenville. Our server was great!
