My parents are in town for the holiday, brought them here. My dad ordered the lobster and filet. Kids food came out, then we waited a bit for ours. The manager brought my dad’s filet over, said nothing about the missing lobsters so he said something. She said it’ll be out. My husband’s prime rib cold. Lobster never came, no one came over. We got the hostess and had him cancel it. Manager brought it over packed up. No discount on bill. Honestly I’m appalled as we bought a bunch of drinks and our bill was over $350. Not the service I expected. Felt bad for my parents.

Waitress barely came by to check on us and had to be reminded that we would like a second helping of bread. Drinks were not adequately refilled, she never asked us if we would like dessert- seemed to rush us out. Only came to ask if we would like to go boxes—-which was rude. I’ve been to several of Firebirds locations and I’m being overly nice by leaving 2-stars for fair service. Would not choose this location again. Food came out hot and fresh but that was about it

Poor service and actitude of our waitress. She came late , did not even say hello and only ask for the order, i repeated 3 times my dish, and still she ordered wrong. Took long time to get my food. I was so upset! But then we got Mekah, I hope she is the manager, Must be! , Wooow She is just the best ! I will go back to Firebirds just because of Her! She made sure i was a happy customer Thank you

Wonderful meal and service was top-notch! The tomahawk pork chop. and charred carrots were delicious.

Food was great. Had one little minor mishap with one of our steaks but mgr quickly took care of that . Service was great ..

Disappointing experience. Waiter got a lot wrong, quality of the steak was poor and not well cooked. We visit often but tonight very disappointing.

Food is very good. Delicious!! We had the salmon, mixed vegetables, and mashed potatoes (ordered baked potato but did not receive instead of mashed potatoes). Steak my husband had was delicious- cooked perfectly. The disappointment was the portion size of the salmon and steak. Will try restaurant again though based on the quality and excellent presentation of the food.

Went for Sunday lunch. Our server, Jordan, had just the right pace. She was attentive but not overbearing, adn she was always watching in case we needed anything.
